David has 40+ years in commercial real estate and business brokerage. He began working in commercial real estate in 1979 and formed David E. Jones & Associates, LLC in 1986, a full-service commercial real estate firm offering appraisal, brokerage and consulting services for clients throughout Texas. David is a licensed broker and a state certified real estate appraiser in Texas. In 2020, David formed David E. Jones Brokerage, LLC, to focus exclusively on commercial brokerage and advisory services.
